I have had the amazing pleasure of knowing Shaun since I put my first condo on the market and sold it in May 2018.
We recently just sold my second condo January 2020.
These are the reasons you should give him a chance when you need to sell your property... He has incredible knowledge because he does his research and homework.  He is invested in YOU as a person and wants to make sure that you feel cared for.  How does he do that?  He meets you for meetings, checks in with you on a weekly basis with texts and phone calls to make you feel comfortable, up to date on information, and know that he is on top of the game.  He checks in on your property to make sure that it's in the immaculate condition you left it for viewings.  I am so incredibly happy to have taken my chance on Shaun because he is confident, knowledgeable, loyal, and just AMAZING!  So if you need a real estate agent, please call or email him!
